CSU East Bay is partnering with the Clean Vehicle Rebate Project, a state rebate program for Electric, and plug-in hybrid vehicles, to increase visibility, awareness, accessibility, and interest in low, and zero-carbon, solo transportation options. This state-funded project, which provides up to $7,000 back after purchase or lease of a new electric car, can be stacked with dozens of regional, other state, and charging incentives, which can reduce transportation costs to a fraction of what they are with a gas car.
