Black on the Block Community Festival and Expo is the first of its kind in the beautiful City of Rialto. This festival will feature live musical performances, inspirational speakers, on-site health examinations and a variety of food, games and entertainment that represent the African American culture. There will be a fun activity for every age group to enjoy!

Stop by the Electric Vehicle Rebates booth to learn about the benefits of electric vehicles, from reducing air pollution to saving money. The Clean Vehicle Rebate Project team will be on site to discuss the rebates and incentives available for electric vehicles and how you can play a role in clean transportation.
