There is no right to administrative or judicial appeal.
Funds* for CVRP are exhausted and CVRP will not be receiving additional funding. Due to funding exhaustion, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) is unable to accept new case evaluation requests and will stop processing case evaluations already submitted. The CVRP program administrator’s (The Center for Sustainable Energy) original decision to approve, cancel, or deny an application will be the final decision and cannot be appealed, and the applicant/consumer will not be eligible for a case evaluation by CARB.
* When an application is cancelled, any rebate funds that had been reserved for the application are released back to the project. When funds are reserved for an increased rebate, and the application is subsequently updated and approved for a standard rebate, any rebate funds that had been reserved for the increased portion of the rebate are released back to the project.
