The linked video and slides were presented to the California Air Resources Board’s 2025 Clean Transportation Equity Incentives Symposium. The talk used large CVRP and DCRP datasets to illustrate a variety of ways to evaluate EV incentive distributive equity and inform efforts to expand EV sales and access. It addressed such questions as, “Are EVs and incentives disproportionately benefiting the majority?”, “How long is the road ahead toward equitable access to EV ownership?”, “To what degree have EVs ‘gone mainstream’?” and “In what ways might EVs and incentives already be going beyond the mainstream to benefit priority populations?”
